Wedding & Reception $2,650
Includes: Ceremony anywhere on the grounds, use of the 40x100 tent, a bridal ready room, groom ready room, public parking, public restrooms, time for a rehearsal, time for setup and cleanup, and electricity.
Reception Only $1,950
Includes use of the 40x100 tent, public parking, public restrooms, time for setup and cleanup, and electricity.
Ceremony Only $725
Includes ceremony anywhere on the grounds, use of the 40x100 tent (as a weather backup), bridal ready room, groom ready room, public parking, public restrooms, time for a rehearsal, time for setup and cleanup, and electricity.
To secure your date, 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking. Final payment including any additional equipment rental and tour fees will be due 30 days prior to your event. A $500 damage deposit is also due 30 days prior to your event.

60 in. round tables: $8.00
Chairs: $1.50
Tours of the Mansion for Your Guests:
This is available for one hour after the ceremony for an additional $50.00.
