Plunge and Tennis Court

The cement plunge was built in 1911 and is almost the size of an Olympic pool. The newspapers of the day reported the plunge was to be heated by one of the boilers in the basement of the home although at this time no proof of this statement has been found. The bathhouses and lattice fence were added at a later time. Many happy hours reported by friends and family were spent swimming here. The cement Tennis Court has a date of 1929
