**If using more time than the 8 hours time allotted before and after the event for setup and takedown, a $150/hr. rate will apply.

Fees also include a two hour rehearsal the day before the event, as long as it takes place during regular operating hours of 10am to 5pm.

Call for pricing of Mansion grounds for just wedding ceremonies, reunions, company picnics, or parties.
To secure your date, one-half (50%) of your total package price is due on the date of booking the venue. Final payment is due one month prior to the event, if not paid the event is considered cancelled.
A $500 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days in advance.
